Refund Policy for Passfifander – FIFA World Cup 2026 Tickets

At Passfifander, we strive to make your ticket booking experience seamless. However, due to the high-demand nature of FIFA World Cup events and partnerships with official resellers, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable upon completion of payment. This policy ensures fair access for all fans

1. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

• Once payment is processed (via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Stripe, Crypto, Bank Transfer, or Cash App), no refunds will be issued for changes of mind, date conflicts, or personal circumstances.

• Tickets are digital/mobile-only and delivered via email or your Passfifander account within 24 hours

2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

• If a FIFA World Cup 2026 match is officially canceled by FIFA or the host authority, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days. This excludes any processing fees charged by payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Blockchain fees, or PayPal fees).

• For postponed matches, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to another available match (subject to availability) or a credit toward future bookings—no cash refunds.

• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) follow FIFA’s guidelines: no refunds unless explicitly stated by FIFA.

3. Ticket Resale Option

- Use our built-in resale feature to list your tickets for resale through Passfifander’s secure marketplace (integrated with official FIFA resale channels where possible).

- If successfully resold, you’ll receive a partial refund equal to the resale price minus a 15% administration fee (covering processing and platform costs). Refunds are issued within 30 working days after the resale window closes.

- Unsuccessful resales: No refund; tickets remain in your account for personal use

- Resale is prohibited outside official channels—violations may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

4. Defective or Invalid Tickets

- If tickets are undelivered or invalid due to our error (e.g., technical glitch), contact admin@Passfifander.com within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund or replacement

* Fraudulent purchases (e.g., unauthorized card use) are reported to authorities; no refunds

5. Processing Times and Fees

* Refunds, when applicable, take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.

* All sales include a 5-10% service fee, which is non-refundable
